Fundraisers are being invited to take part in a charity walk taking place in the area for a fifth year.
Camborne and Redruth Charity Walk takes place on September 30 this year from 10am. It will be approximately 10k and will start and finish at Heartlands, in Pool.
The route will take walkers along the Great Flat Lode. This is the fifth year the event has taken place.
Those taking part are able to raise money for a charity of their choice.
Entry fee is £5 and more information, including registration and sponsor forms can be found at www.cambornecharitywalk.org.uk
Registration takes place from 9.30am next to the Red River Café. The Great Flat Lode is one of many different Mining Village Trails in the area. The trails are often used for walking and cycling as well as horse riding. People using them can see the Cornish industrial heritage and countryside.
