Teacher Responsible for SENDCo and Safeguarding
We are seeking to appoint a full time SENDCO who will work closely with staff, external agencies, medical professionals and parents to support children with additional needs both in the classroom and for one to one sessions. You will lead a team of Learning Facilitators in delivering high quality support across the Academy.

The post presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly skilled leader in the secondary setting who are currently working as, or aspiring to be, a Special Educational Co-ordinator (SENDCO).
We are seeking to appoint a strong leader who is able to inspire and engage students, parents and staff, and who can demonstrate exemplary leadership and innovation. You will need to be an excellent teacher with a track record of success, with the knowledge and experience of supporting students with needs.
The role will also be linked into the coordination of members of the Pastoral Team with responsibility for Safeguarding. DSL experience is desirable.
