How to Log into Arbor

We have introduced the Parent Portal to make it easy & convenient to view & update information about your child.

It allows parents and guardians to;

• View, check & update information that we hold on your child
• View your child's timetable
• View attendance & achievement
• Make appointments for parents’ evening

When your child starts at Pool Academy we will send you a link to the Arbor Parent Portal with instructions on signing up.

Please contact the school if you have not received your login. If you have more than one child at the school we can merge your account so you only require the one logon.
It is important that we hold a current email address for you, let us know if it needs updating.

If you are using a mobile phone please ensure you use the Arbor App to access the Portal otherwise it may not display correctly.

If you are using a computer or tablet please use the ‘Chrome’ web browser and login at https://pool-academy.uk.arbor.sc

Please note we do not take payments using Arbor, continue to use ParentPay for this.

Student Portal

The Student Portal gives students access to their timetable, profile and academic details.
Students can sign in with their school email address & the password they have set. Goto https://pool-academy.uk.arbor.sc & click on ‘First time logging in’
