Students rewarded for top attendance

Pool Academy students have been awarded for their 100 percent attendance record this week with a film and some snacks.

A group of Year 7s were given a treat on Tuesday by being allowed to watch the BFG during school time. They were also given some snacks to munch on too.

It was the perfect weather for a film as it was a wet and windy day outside.

One student said they were told the film was a reward for having 100 percent attendance and 0 behaviour points.

Lisette Neesham, Vice Principal, said: “The students all loved the film. It is so important to recognise high attendance and good behaviour.

“The students are a credit to to the Academy. We are really proud of them.”
