Erin Lyall-Venables, a former Treloweth Primary School pupil, is a keen dancer and is practising hard for the exam due to take place after Easter.

She has also signed up to be one of Pool Academy’s Anti-Bullying Ambassadors because she cares about the well-being of others in the school.

She said: “I wanted to be an ambassador because I wanted to stop any potential bullying. I am still training but it is going well.

“I like to dance and do gymnastic. I go to the Bev-Lyn School at the Gold Centre and have been dancing since I was three years old.

“I have taken part in dance exams in the past and I have got a medal.

“I do ballet and tap and I love Jazz because it is upbeat.

“I have taken part in dance exams in the past and I have got a medal.

“Dancing is definitely something I want to carry on with. I have a Tap exam after Easter but I think it will be alright.”
